Just so you know, there will be swear words on this page. Deal with it.

All right, so this is a new venture for me, and to be honest, I'm not all that sure how this is going to work out. If you're here, you probably have some idea of who I am and what I do...and what this page is for. My hope for this thing is to have my own page for me to let everyone know what life is like on the road and for you all to ask me questions. If I've done this wrong...I'll try to fix it...is there some sort of guest book thing here?!? Any hoot...here's the bullet, if ya don't know:
I'm Dan, and I work with bands. I'm a back-line tech, stage manager, and tour manager (if I have to). Most recently I have worked with Theory Of A Deadman and Ra, and before that I worked with quite a few other Canadian bands. With me so far? Ok, good. As I said before, this is here for you all to find out what life is like working in this industry, good and bad. Am I going to tell you who's doing what to and/or with whom? No, not here, sorry. Gissip isn't my thing. But there are things that (I have found) fans are interested in or don't quite understand about what bands do and go through, and I'd like to do my best to give you an idea. I've done "Road Notes" on other Bulletin Boards (Most notably Theory Of A Deadman's) and found that the interest in this stuff was really high. And now that I'm not affilliated, I thought I'd step out on my own. (Less restrictions). Ok, that's all for now...first post will be (Hopefully) tomorrow after I sleep.
Dan

What's New?
I'm heading back out on the road, with State Of Shock, so I will have things to tell you soon enough!
And I finally got a picture program, so now all of my pictures aren't HUGE! I've fixed the ones on this page, (thanks again, Anne) and I'll add more wehn I get home!
